Pinon Hills Golf Course in Farmington, NM is a Ken Dye design in the arid desert region with holes set amidst sandstone hills, exposed rocks and winding canyons.

The par 72 course at Pinon Hills Golf Course plays 7,249 yard from the tips with four tee boxes that make it playable for all levels. The water hazards at Pinon Hills Golf Course begin on the first hole, a dog left 411 yard par 4 with water fronting the green. The 6th is the signature hole, a 228 yard par 3 in its own canyon surrounded by sandstone heights and boulders with a hearts shaped green backed by two boulders. The 8th and 9th are successive par 5s, a 540 yard hole that dog legs left and a 597 yard hole with two arroyos running across the fairway.
